Our Camping experiences 2003
Our NCT Camping Club Page

NCT for anyone that doesn't know is a camping club made up of Masonic Families. It is a great group of people that spend the weekend together at different camping sites.
They also travel to different states for Rallies with other chapters.
We belong to NCT Connecticut One Chapter 6
If you are interested in learning more about NCT click the camper below. Campouts are listed on this site.
The Installation of Officers was held  June 21, 2003
Everyone is planing on sunshine for the summer.
The club members have rigs of all sizes from our condensed version at the top of this page to some of these roomier models. With room to get out of the rain and entertain friends.

2003 Turkey Roast, 10/24-1026 – Mineral Springs Campground, Stafford, CT:  Well it’s THAT weekend again when we stuff ourselves with those unfortunate Turkeys who find their way to our outside grill.  Everyone has a chance to assist & help prepare one of the better meals of the year – & have fun doing it.  Campers, please provide your best dessert.  As always, we will have a pumpkin decorating contest, costume competition & the DREADED trick or treat.  Rustle up your NCT camping friends & join the group.  Bring a potential new member, maybe they will become interested in joining our organization.  Send your reservation to WM Dick Younger, Stillwaters Farm, 103 Blood St, Lyme, CT 06371-3508. Deadline October 20,2003

This is our camper. It is a Roadtrek. It is able to sleep four. It has all of the conveniences you need while traveling. The only thing it doesn't have is room.
It is easy to drive and can park anywhere.

THE PROBLEM IS ALL OUR CAMPOUTS LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE BELOW. YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND A RAINY WEEKEND CLOSED IN THIS SIZE CAMPER.
We attended our first District Rally District #1 Rally, Bald Mountain Campground, 9/19-9/21:  This District #1 Rally was hosted by CT One Chapter 6.  There were 58 RVs present with 23 from CT.  This was the lowest number of RVs present for a District #1 Rally in recent memory.   Everyone seemed to have a good time even between the raindrops. Kenny Rogers was elected the next District 1 District Director.  Special thanks goes to all committee members & others who did their share in making the Rally go well.  While they could not be present, we need to say “job well done” to Elaine & George Tyrrell for their organization efforts – we missed you.  We were honored to have present 3rd VP John Groves & his wife Joan, National Director, Ron Cobes & his wife Mary Eliz (National Banner Trustee) & Assistant National Youth Director Debbie Maust & her husband Dan.
